- All repairs taken in will be subject to a £15.00 inspection charge. If the repair quote is accepted then this charge will be taken off the final bill. If its decided not to go forward with the repair the inspection charge will NOT be refunded.
- All prices quoted are subject to VAT at the current rate.
- Unrepaired tools will be returned dismantled.
- If you require your tool to be returned assembled then a labour charge will apply.
- All quotes that have not been authorised to proceed we will keep the tool for 4 weeks, all tools uncollected within this time will be disposed or sold to recover any costs.

Payment is required on acceptance of quote prior to commencing repair.
- All repaired equipment will NOT be returned until the repair charges have been paid in full.
- Any repaired equipment that has not been paid for will be kept for 4 weeks and then will be sold to recover the cost of the repair.
- All repairs come with a 4 week warrant but will be rendered invalid if the equipment has been tampered with, misused, improperly maintained or altered in any way.
- All electrical equipment will be PAT tested and a certificate issued as part of the repair.
